Refunds/Deposits

Included with the $495 cost for the workshop is a $100 non-refundable deposit. Due to payments made for supplies, food, and more, we cannot give full refunds if you are unable to attend. For the Fire & Earth Retreat - after June 15th, no refunds can be issued. For the Family Herbal Weekend, - after July 15th, no refunds can be issued.

Accommodations

This is a camping-only event. Our land has an abundance of beautiful camping spots. It is your responsibility to bring a tent, necessary camping gear, etc. If you are interested in B&Bs or motels in the area, please check out the options listed below. There is a private outdoor shower, outdoor bathtub and bathroom, and a lovely spring-fed pond for guests to utilize.

We have a rustic cabin option at an additional cost (clean, comfortable, and nice, just no running water), with only a couple spots available. If you are interested in reserving this space for the retreat, please contact us at the information below.

Travel

Nearby airports are in Bangor (BGR) and Portland (PWM), Maine. If you require a ride from the airport to the workshop, please contact us here: harvest@threelilyfarm.com.

The workshop will be held in Thorndike, Maine. It is approximately 1 hour north-east of August, 2 hours north of Portland, and 45 minutes from Bangor. Full location details are emailed after registration.
